The 3mm and 5mm square mandrels make matching bails so much easier than eyeballing it with round pliers. Made six identical pendants in one sitting and every loop came out square and even.

I've been forming bails by wrapping wire around dowels for months, and the 5mm end on these pliers finally gives me consistent squares every single time. The two sizes cover most of what I need for pendants, though I wish the handles had a bit more grip when I'm working with thicker wire.

The 3mm end makes such tidy little square bails that my jump rings finally sit straight instead of twisting. Both mandrels are sharp and clean, and the handles don't dig into my palm during a long session.
