Wave & Zigzag Blank Punch — 3-Shape Steel Disc Cutter for Jewellery Stamping

A punch-and-die set for cutting wave and zigzag-edged blanks from sheet — pendants, charms and earring components with a decorative edge that would otherwise mean piercing each profile by hand with a jeweller's saw. Feed sheet silver, copper, brass or aluminium into the side slot, drive the punch, and every blank in the batch comes out the same.

Three distinct punches cover the wave and zigzag profiles, each machined from hardened steel for a clean shear on non-ferrous metals. The two-part die block is held in register by two hex-head bolts, keeping punch and die aligned cut after cut. A light oil wipe after use keeps the cutting edges keen.
