Mushroom charms need to match when they hang side by side, and punching beats cutting each one by hand. This set shears three graduated mushroom blanks — for pendants, charms and decorative elements — from annealed soft metal sheet up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm): place the sheet over the die, seat the matching punch and strike its bevelled end firmly with a mallet.
The 76 mm square die block gives the strike a stable base, and both it and the three punches — each around 38 mm long — are hardened, tempered carbon tool steel. Anneal your metal first and use a cutting lubricant; the shearing edges will stay sharp through long runs.
