A hexagonal bangle formed on a round mandrel loses its corners. This 14" former keeps them: six flat faces support hexagonal wire or stock through hammer forming, so the flats stay flat and the corner angles stay crisp from first blow to last.

The mandrel is turned from smooth-sanded hardwood, which will not mar silver, copper, brass or other soft non-ferrous metals, and the full 355mm length gives working room across a range of bangle sizes, with space to move the piece along as each face is trued.
