For punching uniform hexagon blanks — geometric pendants and earrings, custom parts for models, and matched blanks for enamelling or stamping projects. Work annealed non-ferrous sheet up to 18 gauge (approx 1.0mm): set it in the die over a solid bench block, seat the punch — sizes run 6x7, 10x12, 13x15, 16x18, 19x22 and 22x25 mm — and strike with a mallet or hammer.

The block and all six punches are precision-ground from tempered high-carbon tool steel, with bevelled striking ends and edges ground for clean, low-burr cuts. Cutting lubricant prolongs edge life. Supplied with a light oil coating; minor storage discolouration is cosmetic and does not affect performance.

  • Cuts six distinct hexagon sizes from 6x7mm up to 22x25mm in soft metals.
  • Includes six punches and a matching 76mm (3-inch) square hardened steel die block.
  • Manufactured from tempered high-carbon tool steel for durable cutting edges.
  • Rated for non-ferrous metals like silver and copper up to 18 gauge (approx 1.0mm).
  • Punches are bevelled for hammer striking and ground for clean, low-burr cuts.

I've been cutting hexagons with a jeweler's saw for years, and this thing saved me so much filing time. The six punches cover everything from tiny 6 mm earring studs up to 25 mm pendant blanks, and they cut clean through 18 gauge copper without denting the edges.

Punched about thirty hexagons from 20 gauge annealed brass and every single one came out crisp with clean corners. The 6 punches cover the sizes I actually use, and the 10 mm is perfect for the enamel earrings I've been making. Solid little tool for the price.

Finally a punch that gives me clean, identical hexagons every time instead of my wonky hand-filed attempts. The 6–25 mm range covers everything I need for earrings and enamel blanks, and it cuts through 18 gauge sheet without me wrestling the bench. Punched out a dozen pendants this afternoon and no
